716 Music & More is committed to keeping everyone attending our classes as healthy and safe as possible, so we have put the following policies in place.
PLEASE NOTE: If we are not able to offer in-person classes due to changes in local, state, and/or CDC guidelines, ALL IN-PERSON CLASSES WILL AUTOMATICALLY MOVE ONLINE.
No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the director as follows:
Two or more weeks prior to the 1st class: Full refund, minus one-time $10.00 registration fee for new families.
Less than 2 weeks, prior to the 1st class held: Refund = Tuition, minus $10.00 cancellation fee and $10.00 registration fee for new families.
After the 1st class held and prior to the 2nd class held: Refund = Tuition, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, $15.00 class fee per paid child and $10.00 registration fee for new families.
After the 2nd class held: No refunds are given
*If original payment was made by credit card, PayPal fees may not be refunded
NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES
**NOTE: In case of cancellation, all Music Together® materials must be returned in mint condition (with download codes NOT used) or you will be charged an additional $50.00.
Please note that the first class of a semester may not be used as a trial class. Full payment is expected in order for all spots to be reserved in class. Trial classes may be done at any other time during the semester to plan for registration for the following semester.
Occasionally we will have photos or videos taken for promotional use. You and/or your child's image may be used for marketing on social media, flyers, etc. If you DO NOT wish for these images to be used, please let us know. No names will be used with published photos or videos.
